Keep in touch with people who go to jail and prison meetings; get needed materials; pre-release contact.

Lead meetings; set agenda; keep discussion flowing in orderly fashion

Link between GSR (General Service Representative), groups, and area delegate; Visit groups within zone to help with problems; contribute to growth and well-being of groups; attend area assemblies (travel stipend available).

Public Information and Cooperation with the Professional Communities

Take minutes and read at meetings; type and distribute minutes via email or regular mail; send group changes to New York office and Area directories chair; type and assist chair person with agenda.

Check hotline messages and respond or contact someone to respond to calls; maintain and update phone contact list on recording.

Maintain savings and checking accounts; written report each meeting; deposit and record group donations; pay bills.

Workshops the educate about different aspects of AA as a whole and within District 6
